Our Family Medicine providers are all board certified and provide primary care for all ages, from birth to adults. Our wellness care includes newborn visits, well child care, immunizations, sports physicals, adult preventative medicine, and annual routine physicals. Our trained staff also performs routine lab tests and nurse treatment.
Same Day Services
At Family Wellness Center, our providers have several same day appointments available for treatment of minor illnesses and injuries such as upper respiratory infections & viruses, allergic reactions, lacerations, strains, and bumps & bruises.
Special Procedures & Testing
Individual physicians perform specialized procedures in our sterile procedure rooms such as circumcisions on newborns, endoscopic biopsies, and skin lesion removals. For the health & wellness of our patients we offer spirometry testing, allergy testing, EKG’s, and PAD testing.
We offer an on-site laboratory, staffed with a full time phlebotomist 5 days per week, for blood draws and diagnostic lab testing.
Our providers have adopted the Patient Centered Primary Care Medical Home model. FWC is committed to prevention and wellness, as well as providing a team approach to providing you the best care possible. Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and clinical support specialists all work together to connect you to all the services you may need to manage your health. The Medical Home is designed to enhance communication across all of your healthcare providers.
Our medical staff also offers complete diabetic diagnosis, treatment, and education services. We have a dedicated diabetic nurse who offers diabetic education appointments for those patients newly diagnosed. Our new Patient Portal has up-to-date Medline educational information at your fingertips! On occasion, we offer educational seminars based on the needs of our patients in conjunction with local specialists.
