The Family Wellness Center participates in many health insurance plans and networks. If you have health insurance, please alert our front office and provide us with your card so that we can scan it into your electronic record.
Your insurance company will have the latest information about whether a provider at Family Wellness Center is a “preferred provider” or is “in-network”, so if you have any questions about those issues, please check with your health plan.
And while it is your responsibility to be knowledgeable about your health insurance – for example, what it covers, if there is a copay or coinsurance, or what coverage restrictions may apply – our business office is here as a resource to you as well.
